FlyKool FK54 G.O.A.T is arguably the world's most powerful aircraft ice powered air conditioner. It is the newest member of the FK Series.
For pilots that fly their loved ones, friends or business associates, FlyKool is real solution to super comfortable summer flying. Startup and taxi can now be made without having to open windows.
All FlyKool FK Series are powered by 20aH LiFePO4 power cell. The G.O.A.T can also be powered by this battery, but there is an available 24aH version. There is no plug in option available on any FlyKool FK. This design feature was adopted primarily for 2 reasons;
1) To avoid unnecessarily taxing your Ship's battery. It can prematurely wear out the Ship's battery running the FlyKool during pretrip inspection before engine start.
2) A cigarette lighter plug or USB charging port simply cannot be relied on to safely provide the necessary amperage to run powerful turbofans at full speed. FlyKool is Professional Grade with strong fans that require real power. There is a real difference between a genuine FlyKool FK aircraft air conditioner and some underpowered non professional cheap cooler.
The G.O.A.T is built on the same 54qt chassis as the FK54 Standard, but that where the similarities end. This unit features all new larger full copper construction heat exchangers. There are now 4 forced air induction fans mated the heat exchangers which pre chill the intake air rather than pulling hot ambient air inside the unit. The intake airflow is kept isolated from the ice water which gives FK Series the longest ice retention of any competitive models on the market.
The G.O.A.T also now features (3) 295cfm turbofan blowers which create nearly 900 cfm of air movement inside the cabin.
One of the greatest pilot friendly additions is the integrated built in pump and 6ft hose to conveniently evacuate melted ice outside on the ground. Other competitive models will require operator to lug a cooler full of water over the seats or out the baggage compartment door .
Also retained on the FlyKool FK54 G.O.A.T is the full featured wireless remote. Remote control functions include On/Off and full fan speed control from 0-100% duty cycle in 1% increments. In other words, not just a simple Lo-Med-Hi. With fans this powerful it is very handy to have the ability to find fan speed sweet spots.
